How do I anoint myself?
Begin by gently rolling the bottle of Harmonia Anointing Oil between your hands, warming and activating the blend. As your energy meets the oil, allow your intention to arise.
Uncap the bottle and inhale the aroma slowly and deeply, allowing the scent to speak to your body and spirit. Place a few drops into your palm, then close the bottle to protect the purity of the oil. Rub your hands together and inhale once more, letting your warmth and breath further awaken the blend.
